Order Cancellation

At Woodbun, we understand that plans can change.

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase at no extra cost.
• Once the order is dispatched/shipped, cancellation will not be possible. However, you may initiate a return after delivery, subject to our Return Policy.
• Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Refund Policy

• Once a cancellation or return request is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Prepaid order refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer to the customer’s provided account details.
• Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment gateway.
