Welcome to woodbun.com, operated by Global Business Ventures, a sole proprietorship of Mritunjay Singh ("Woodbun", "we", "us"). By browsing this site, using its augmented-reality features, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

We sell solid-wood and engineered furniture and related home furnishings. Product names, descriptions and dimensions are provided in good faith. Made-to-order items may show minor variation in grain, colour and finish; this is a characteristic of wood and wood-based materials, not a defect. See the Colour Disclaimer in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Augmented reality — "View in your room"

Our AR tool renders a 3D model of a product in your space using your device camera. It is a visual aid, not a measurement guarantee. On-screen size, colour and finish depend on your device, its camera exposure, your room lighting and your screen calibration, and will differ from the physical product. Always confirm fit against the stated dimensions on the product page before ordering, and measure your access route. See the Privacy Policy for how AR data is handled.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. The applicable tax is shown on your tax invoice. Full payment is due on booking to confirm an order. We do not offer cash on delivery. Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner; we do not receive or store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials.

Delivery charges, where they apply, are calculated from your delivery PIN code and shown to you at checkout before you pay. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

5. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm dispatch, or when we begin production of a made-to-order item. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund and no deduction, for reasons including availability, a pricing error, or an address outside our delivery area.

6. Delivery area

Orders placed on this website can currently be delivered within West Bengal only, to PIN codes on our serviced list. Enter your PIN code on any product page to check. We deliver across India on orders taken directly by phone or email.

7. Intellectual property

"Woodbun", the Woodbun logo, our product photography, 3D models, AR assets and site content are the property of Global Business Ventures and are protected under Indian law, including under Trade Mark No. 4281771. No use, reproduction or adaptation without our written permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your statutory rights as a consumer, the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction.
