Vacuum every piece weekly with a brush attachment on low suction, including the crevices and under the cushions.
Rotate and plump loose cushions weekly, and swap cushions between the pieces that get used most and least so the set wears evenly.
Blot spills immediately with a clean dry white cloth, working from the outside of the mark inwards. Press, do not rub.
Test any cleaner on a hidden area first. No bleach, ammonia, solvents or steam. For leatherette, wipe with a barely damp cloth and dry at once.
Keep each piece off the wall and out of prolonged direct sunlight — a set that is half in a sunbeam will fade unevenly and the mismatch shows. Do not sit on the arms or the backrest.

5-year warranty on the frame and the seating foam against manufacturing defects, from the date of delivery.
Covers structural failure of the frame under normal domestic use and failure of supplied hardware.
Does not cover fabric wear, pilling, stretching or colour transfer; damage from moisture, heat or misuse; damage from the piece being moved after our installation; or repairs by anyone other than Woodbun.
Report a defect within 7 days of noticing it, with photographs and your order number.

Full warranty terms

Cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund, for any reason.
After 48 hours and before dispatch, a cancellation charge of 10% of the order value applies.
After dispatch, or if delivery is refused at the door for a reason that is not our fault, 50% of the order value is refunded. If the item is defective, damaged, incomplete or not what you ordered, refusing it costs you nothing and you are refunded in full.
On delivery, please inspect before our team leaves and report transit damage, a missing part or a defect within 48 hours with photographs.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns after delivery, or returns for shade or finish variation.
