Leave at least 25 mm between the back and the wall, and keep it off external, newly plastered or damp walls. The wall behind ruins more wardrobes than the owner ever does.
Never put damp clothes inside. Air it with the doors open for a few minutes once a month, especially through the monsoon.
Keep naphthalene or camphor in a container or sachet — in direct contact with the board it leaves a permanent mark.
Sliding doors: brush or vacuum the bottom channel monthly. Grit is what makes a smooth door jump. Do not oil it.
Hinged doors: nothing hung on an open door. Check hinge screws every six months. Heavy items on lower shelves.

3-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
Covers structural failure of the board or frame under normal domestic use, failure of joinery, delamination not caused by moisture or heat, and failure of hinges, runners, handles and other supplied hardware.
Does not cover damage from water or damp; placement in a bathroom, open balcony or against a damp wall; heat and sunlight; misuse or overloading; the piece being moved after our installation; or repairs by anyone other than Woodbun.
Report a defect within 7 days of noticing it, with photographs and your order number.

Full warranty terms

Cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund, for any reason.
After 48 hours and before dispatch, a cancellation charge of 10% of the order value applies.
After dispatch, or if delivery is refused at the door for a reason that is not our fault, 50% of the order value is refunded. If the item is defective, damaged, incomplete or not what you ordered, refusing it costs you nothing and you are refunded in full.
On delivery, please inspect before our team leaves and report transit damage, a missing part or a defect within 48 hours with photographs.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns after delivery, or returns for shade or finish variation.
